Tender title: Development of a user-friendly and energy-saving four-column hydraulic press

Our goal is to design and manufacture a new user-friendly and energy-saving four-column hydraulic press, which can be used in various industries due to its versatile use. One of the most common areas of use in pressure aluminum foundries is the separation of excess material left on the castings during casting. It is used in forging plants for compaction, deep drawing, forward-reverse flow, and cutting. As one of the most defining processes in the automotive industry, the metal body parts of cars are produced using this method. Thanks to the new design (by means of T-grooves milled into the tool sheet), the developed product will be able to perform even more functions: it will be possible to mount any punching tool, as well as a tool for pressing rubber seals into various castings.

The development will be based on the needs surveys of Hungarian foundries and forges, these companies currently have Italian, German and Taiwanese presses, which our company repairs and maintains. With our own pressing machine, we would like to eliminate several shortcomings of the equipment we have learned over the years, optimize their operation and minimize their energy consumption.
